We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation that receives some government funding. We rely on the generosity of individuals, organisations and community groups to continue to provide services, particularly where no government funding or limited support is available. For over 80 years, we have supported children, young people and adults with disabilities to develop life skills, build confidence and become active participants in their communities. Today, we help more than 13,000 people, including many families and carers, driven by our purpose to build an inclusive society where people can live the life they choose.
